Made to a higher standard.

Every DEW product is manufactured in our ISO-certified Dundee facility using controlled electrolysed water technology, verified quality processes and precision-led production systems.

Our Facility

Built for precision.
Run for quality.

DEW’s manufacturing facility is based in Dundee, Scotland  the same city where the company was founded. The site has been purpose-built around electrolysed water production, with controlled manufacturing systems, quality monitoring and operational oversight throughout every production stage.

The facility operates under ISO 9001 quality management certification and ISO 14001 environmental management certification for the manufacture and supply of electrolysed water products. Every production batch is tested against defined quality parameters, with results recorded and retained as part of DEW’s traceability process.

As demand has grown, DEW has continued investing in manufacturing capability, infrastructure and operational efficiency to support both UK retail supply and international distribution requirements.

Production Capabilities

What we make, and how.

Electrolysed water technology

DEW’s core manufacturing process transforms purified Scottish water and high-purity salt through controlled electrolysis, producing hypochlorous acid and sodium hydroxide. The result is a high-performance cleaning system designed for effective everyday use with an 18-month shelf life.

Product formulation

Each product is developed with carefully controlled formulation parameters, including concentration ratios, pH balance and activity performance. Products undergo batch testing and verification before release, with retained samples kept from every production run for future reference and quality assurance.

Packaging and fill

DEW manages filling and packaging across multiple product formats, including sprays, concentrates and refill systems. Batch traceability is maintained throughout production and packaging, supporting operational consistency and reducing unnecessary packaging waste through refill-led formats.

The technology

How electrolysis makes a better cleaner.

Electrolysis technology has been used for decades across medical, industrial and sanitisation applications. DEW has adapted this technology specifically for modern consumer cleaning  creating products designed to deliver strong performance with fewer unnecessary chemical additives.

The process uses three core inputs: purified water, high-purity salt and electrical current  to create two outputs: hypochlorous acid, a powerful antimicrobial agent, and sodium hydroxide, an effective cleaning and degreasing compound. Both compounds occur naturally within the process itself.

DEW’s manufacturing controls are designed to maintain consistent concentration, stability and product performance across every batch. This precision-led approach supports the long shelf life, operational consistency and product reliability that differentiate DEW within the electrolysed water category.
