DEW’s international presence has grown year on year since 2021, with partnerships established across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and North America. Our model is selective: we prioritise quality of partnership over speed of market entry.

Distribution

How the network works.

DEW works with a network of regional distribution partners who manage in-country logistics, retail relationships and customer support. We do not operate a franchise model – our partners are independent businesses who choose to represent DEW because they believe in the product.

Partners receive full product training, marketing support and access to DEW’s technical team. We provide documentation packages that cover product safety data, certification evidence and regulatory compliance for each market.

Lead times are managed from our Dundee facility with standard and priority fulfilment options. We work with our distribution partners to plan stock requirements ahead of seasonal demand and new range launches.

Supply reliability is non-negotiable for us. If we cannot supply a market consistently, we do not enter it. Every partnership we have is supported by a defined supply commitment.
