Quality you can trust.
Standards you can
verify.
DEW claims are grounded in credible evidence, and our products meet the recognised external standards relevant to each category. Transparency is not an option, it is how we operate.
Quality Control
Rigorous at
every stage.
DEW’s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 – the international standard for quality management. This means our processes for specification, production, testing and release are formally documented, independently audited and continuously improved.
Every production batch is subject to in-process monitoring and end-of-line quality checks before release. Samples are retained from every batch to enable full traceability in the event of a query.
Our compliance framework covers not only product quality but claims substantiation. Every performance claim made on a DEW product label or marketing material is supported by test data. Nothing is asserted without evidence.
Product formulations are reviewed periodically against evolving safety standards and ingredient guidance. DEW does not wait for regulation to require a change – we act ahead of it.
Safety Principles
Three commitments.
No exceptions.
No harmful chemicals
DEW products are formulated without bleach, ammonia, phosphates, synthetic fragrances or any ingredient classified as hazardous under EU or UK REACH regulation. Full ingredient transparency is available on request.
Environmentally responsible
ISO 14001 certification covers our environmental management system – from energy use at the facility to waste management and packaging. Our concentrated refill system reduces plastic consumption and per-clean carbon footprint compared to conventional ready-to-use formats.
Skin and family safe
Products across the DEW range carry Allergy UK accreditation where applicable, with formulations assessed for skin sensitisation, respiratory impact and cumulative household exposure. Safe for use around children, people with allergies and those with chemical sensitivities.
Certifications
Independently verified.
Our certifications demonstrate the systems, controls and standards that underpin the way we operate. They are independently assessed, externally audited and maintained through ongoing compliance and continuous improvement activities.
